International Fibonacci Olympiad (IFO) Chairman of the Board. He is an internationally recognized educator, entrepreneur, and executive in the fields of STEM,
robotics, and artificial intelligence. He is also an ISO 9001 quality systems auditor and an Advanced Engineering and Design Mentor. Çevik has led numerous projects in the areas of educational technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship. He is the founder and CEO of FinEst Academy, and also a founding executive of companies such as FinEst Global Technology, New Horizon Construction, and Topraksan Electronics. He serves as a Microsoft Innovation Expert and a STEM teacher trainer. He is the founder of internationally renowned organizations such as Robotex Turkey and the Turkey Maker Teacher Academy. Through these platforms, he has provided thousands of students with opportunities to participate in international robotics and science competitions. Under the umbrella of IFO, Orhan Çevik organizes mathematics, computer science, and engineering olympiads in more than 50 countries, giving young people the chance to showcase their talents on a global stage. Aysel Hasanlı is an Azerbaijani educational leader who actively serves on the Organizing Committees of both the ITECX Academic Congress and the ITECX College Congress, and is the CEO of the Baku Modern Educational Complex (BMEC). Known for her strong leadership, innovative vision, and strategic management skills, Hasanlı has made significant contributions to the advancement and implementation of international education standards in Azerbaijan. As CEO of BMEC, she has played a key role in enhancing the school’s international profile. Under her leadership, the institution received official accreditation as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School on June 26, 2023. The school operates as a co-educational day school offering instruction in both English and Azerbaijani. Students follow the IB curriculum, which includes subjects such as mathematics, biology, physics, Spanish, German, and Russian. Aysel Hasanlı places particular importance on international academic cooperation. graduation, she developed an interdisciplinary perspective by taking courses in Architecture as her second undergraduate field. In 2023, she accelerated her academic career by beginning her Master's education in Curriculum and Instruction at the Institute of Educational Sciences. In her research, she has conducted intensive studies on topics such as STEM/STEAM education, program development and evaluation, international education programs, as well as assessment and evaluation. She has taken on roles as an intern, project partner, and project leader in various TÜBİTAK projects (e.g., TÜBİTAK 4004, 4007, 2209A, and 1001). Her teaching experience is enriched by roles such as intern teaching at middle and high school levels, mathematics teaching in private education institutions, and educational mentoring.
